2011 Oakville Sauvignon Blanc
Our Sauvignon Blanc was fermented 60% in a concrete “egg” tank, 30% in French oak and 10% in stainless steel, sur lie aged and underwent partial malolactic. The resulting wine has a vibrant appearance with a pale yellow color and hint of a green hue. Lemon grass, honeysuckle, pineapple, orange zest and cucumber aromas are followed by rich, creamy flavors of honeydew melon, papaya, green apple and lemon tart on the palate. Our Sauvignon Blanc is perfect for the summer and will complement the first course of any meal.
