Our Sauvignon Blanc was fermented in a combination of 32% French oak barrels, 25% stainless steel barrels, and 43% concrete and was sur lie aged for 11 months. This wine has a vibrant appearance with a pale straw color. Bright aromas of Asian pear, pink lady apple, and honeydew. The palate is greeted with slight vanilla, beautiful acidity and a long finish.
